The PHX Platinum Friction Stays are manufactured in 304
Austenitic Stainless Steel to ensure maximum corrosion
resistance with solid core spin reveted components for
geometric accuracy.
Product Features:
• Thicker arms and square roll channels for added
strength
• Friction shoes are core insert molded stainless steel with
positive screw adjustment to deliver smooth operation
• All arms are manufactured in solid 2.5mm bar thickness
and are indented at particular locations to provide
additional strength
• Engineered polymer riser pads size 10 & 16 to assist in
the closing of the sash in side hung application with
ease.
Doric Standard Duty Friction Stays (PAX Series), Awning (Top Hung) Configuration
The PAX Platinum Friction Stays are manufactured in 304
Austenitic Stainless Steel to ensure maximum corrosion
resistance with solid core spin reveted components for
geometric accuracy.
Product Features:
• Geometry of the arms ensure that weight is distribute
evenly onto two points of the friction foot to provide
balanced and constant pressure when operating the
window
• The sliding channel is a double rolled square profile to
provide accurate travel of the friction shoe
• All arms are manufactured in solid 2mm bar thickness
and are indented at particular locations to provide
additional strength

DOWSILTM Spacer Tape for Structural Glazing
Dowsil Spacer Tape is an open-cell polyurethane foam
tapes especially formulated for many outdoor mounting
and joining application, including spacer tape for structural
glazing. It has especially excellent bonding strength and
high holding power on LSE (low surface energy) materials
such as PVDF coated panel without primer in most cases.
Dowsil Spacer Tape consists of a high density doublesided
self-adhesive mixed cellular polyurethane foam. This
quality is equipped with a high performance acrylatebased
adhesive. This product has already been successfully
applied for the construction of facades, halls, winter
gardens, the fitting of windows and as spacer and
vibration absorbing system for a large variety of industrial
applications.
