aluminum frames and mechanisms. It provides
easy access for home owners to get airflow to

Doric DS1400 Swan Hinged Door Leverset
Doric’s DS1400 Series range is cast from aluminum and finish
in either black or white powdercoat. This unsprung lever is
fitted to the escutcheon and relies on the lock body spring to
return the lever to the horizontal position. DS1400 is available
kitted with many Doric mortise lock packs such as swing and
hook type mortise locks.

The PHX Platinum Friction Stays are manufactured in 304
Austenitic Stainless Steel to ensure maximum corrosion
resistance with solid core spin reveted components for
geometric accuracy.
Product Features:
• Thicker arms and square roll channels for added
strength
• Friction shoes are core insert molded stainless steel with
positive screw adjustment to deliver smooth operation
• All arms are manufactured in solid 2.5mm bar thickness
and are indented at particular locations to provide
additional strength
• Engineered polymer riser pads size 10 & 16 to assist in
the closing of the sash in side hung application with
ease.

The PAX Platinum Friction Stays are manufactured in 304
Austenitic Stainless Steel to ensure maximum corrosion
resistance with solid core spin reveted components for
geometric accuracy.

evenly onto two points of the friction foot to provide
balanced and constant pressure when operating the

• The sliding channel is a double rolled square profile to

Shutter Best Jalousie Frame
Shutter BEST Jalousie is exclusively distributed by Chain
Glass Enterprises Inc. which has a more premium built
to the traditional jalousie. In comparison to traditional
jalousie, which is made of aluminum, it has a cleaner
and sleeker finish. The frame for Shutter BEST jalousie
is made of aluminum. However, the blades and the
handles are all made of special cast polymer
The advantage of Shutter Best Jalousie is the blades are
not easily bent unlike the traditional jalousies. Hence,
air and water will not easily be able to enter the building.
Shutter Best is available in 4 or 6 inch blade
configurations
